OOPS COVERAGE

50% off on a new pair if you damage your shades within 6 months

Occasionally sunglasses break. It is sad yet true. So, if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 6 months of the date of purchase, our Oops Coverage discount is available.

This Oops coverage discount is 50% of the retail price paid at the time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses or 50% discount of the retail price of new pair, whichever is lesser shall be provided as discount towards the purchase of a new replacement pair.

Your damaged sunglasses in its entirety must be returned with proof of purchase to any Sunglass Hut retail store* in India within 6 months from the original date of purchase. Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Oops coverage does not apply to loss or theft. May be used only once within the 6-month period following the original purchase date. Proof of purchase must be presented. For certain exclusion kindly refer Terms & Conditions.

EASY EXCHANGE

Not happy with your purchase, just bring your sunglasses along with receipt within 14 days, no questions asked

Sometimes things just do not work out. And we totally understand. If you are not thrilled with your purchase, you have got 14 days to return your purchased sunglasses to Sunglass Hut retail store* for an exchange.

Your sunglasses must be returned in ‘as new’ (undamaged and pristine) condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase, to a Sunglass Hut retail store in India, 14 days from the date of purchase. We will provide an exchange for new sunglasses that you select (up to the amount of the original purchase price paid). No cash refunds allowed on exchange.

Our Easy Exchange promise does not apply if you have broken or damaged the sunglasses in any way. It cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

ASSURED QUALITY

You have high standards; we have high standards. If your sunglasses are having any manufacturing defect just bring them back to a Sunglass Hut store* in India. Proof of purchase and original packaging must be presented along sunglasses. If your product is found to be having manufacturing defect we may replace** them, within 24 months of purchase. We may have to send the sunglasses to a repair centre for need of a spare part to fix it.

*Assured Quality claims can be made at all Sunglass Hut stores in India except airport stores.

**If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement.

Additional terms applying to our Perfect Pair Promise

Our Sunglass Hut - Oops Coverage under Perfect Pair Promise [PPP] applies only to purchases of sunglass products by consumers registered under Sun Perks Loyalty Program from Sunglass Hut exclusive retail stores in India. It does not apply to commercial purchasers or resellers of sunglass products. Our Perfect Pair Promise does not apply to sunglasses sold as "imperfect" or "as-is merchandise". All claims are subject to the returned sunglass product including damaged parts being genuine and unaltered.

It does not apply in the case of lost or stolen sunglasses or where valid Proof of Purchase is not provided. All claims under Oops coverage must be made within six months from the original date of purchase.

To make a claim the consumer must return the damaged pair of sunglasses to any Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store in India except Stores operating at various Airports.

The consumer who are registered under Sun Perks Loyalty Program shall only be eligible to claim this Oops coverage benefit within six months from the original date of Purchase. The consumer is responsible for paying its own costs associated with making the claim.

Refund/Credit Note is not applicable if claiming the Oops Coverage. You have to buy the new pair at MRP of the product within six months of the date of purchase to avail Oops coverage.

The consumer agrees to transfer ownership of the returned damaged sunglass product to the Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store. The returned sunglass product will not be given back to the consumer.

The Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store will assess the sunglasses to determine whether the claim falls within the terms of the Sunglass Hut – Oops coverage under Perfect Pair Promise. The Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store's decision is final. In addition to Oops Coverage, you may also have a right to make a claim under the manufacturer's own warranty for the sunglasses as per the brand warranty policy. You should check the manufacturer's warranty for any right of return and conditions for return. The Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store will in any case offer assistance for upto six months from the date of purchase, despite any shorter term of the manufacturer's warranty. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit the terms of any manufacturer warranty. Sunglass Hut reserves the right in its discretion to cancel or modify the terms of the Perfect Pair Promise at any time.

Assured Quality assurance will not be covered under Oops Coverage. The Assured Quality shall cover only manufacturing defects. The Company decision on nature of defect on claimed sunglasses shall be final and binding.

In case of any confusion/dispute the decision of Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store will be final.

Sunglass Hut exclusive retail store wherein you claim the Oops Coverage shall not accept any liability of any nature except discount @ 50% of amount paid for damaged product at the time of purchase or 50% of MRP of the new product purchased under this PPP scheme, whichever is lesser. New pair will be purchased at MRP and no other offers /promotions including but not limited to Sun Perks discount will be clubbed for purchase of new pair with this Oops coverage under PPP.

Application of consumer laws

For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations of Republic of India, the benefits conferred by the Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. For example, you may have additional rights of return where the sunglasses have a manufacturing defect.

Sunglass Hut values your privacy

Providing personal information is voluntary and is not required to complete your transaction. The information may be used by Rod Retail Private Limited and our affiliates for marketing purposes, including to notify you of upcoming promotions and events as well as providing valuable savings for future purposes. Governing law and jurisdiction

This PPP scheme shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this PPP Scheme between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Rod Retail Pvt. Limited. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Delhi. The High Court of judicature at Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Modification of terms and conditions of service

Rod Retail Private Limited/ Sunglass Hut may at any time modify the PPP scheme without any prior notification to you. You should regularly review the T&C on in.sunglasshut.com. In the event the modified in PPP scheme is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified PPP Scheme.
